3. License & Access
GasaiWare is provided as a key based licensing system. Each license key is unique, non transferable, and tied to a single user. We reserve the right to revoke or restrict access at any time.

5. Payments & Refunds
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of digital licensing, no refunds will be issued once a license key has been delivered, regardless of usage. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.
6. Lifetime Licenses
Any "lifetime" statements refers strictly to the lifetime of the GasaiWare software and service, not your lifetime or indefinite access. GasaiWare may be discontinued, shut down, or rendered unavailable at any time. While we aim to maintain and support the service for as long as possible, no guarantee of duration is provided.
7. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and license key. Sharing your account or key is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use resulting from your actions may lead to suspension or termination.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with GasaiWare software or systems. Any attempt to crack, bypass, exploit, or interfere with the software, website, licensing system, or infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
9. Abuse & Enforcement
We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: sharing or redistributing the software, leaking files, creating or using alternative accounts, or attempting to bypass restrictions. Any such behavior, or even reasonable suspicion of it, may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without notice or refund.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate access to any account or license at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without refund.

GasaiWare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Use is at your own risk.
12. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of GasaiWare constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
